I listened to the first 29 mins of the talk and it was good to see a man of such clarity and humility speaking.
hi swaroop, you can view the headstart channel on vimeo at http://www.vimeo.com/headstart, i think you should be able to download the video from there (once you log into vimeo) but this video is pretty massive. i ran the video once completely without a problem on FF, wonder why you can not view all of it.
