From boutique hotels, rural tourism, educational travel, couchsurfing, Google googles, Map my India, Navigation, adventure trips, luxury holidays, backpacking, travel lexicon is increasing by the day. From popular countries being America, London and Switzerland, people are now choosing to visit Croatia, New Zealand, The Carribean and more!

Apart from travelling in India and to faraway places in foreign lands, many of us spend alot of time to travel within our cities everyday. The commute to get to work, to go for a business meeting, to check out a new mall opened in another part of the city; all these activities make us travel and not the kind of travel we enjoy.

One of the pain points of major metropolitan cities, be it New York or Mumbai, is the traffic.

That’s where Brijraj Vaghani, Founder, Bird’s Eye tech found an opportunity in solving this problem. His website www.traffline.com offers real time traffic information for Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore. This Startup Saturday Brijraj shares with you the red, yellow and green signals of his journey as an Entrepreneur.

So while Traffline may help us know the traffic situation, how will it help us explore a new city without left out alone?

Another new trend we are witnessing in the Travel space is the increasing number of woman travellers. That’s where Piya Bose, founder of Girls On The Go Club, found an opportunity. Girls on the Go Club is designed exclusively for women travellers, keeping your likes in mind.

Have you ever felt a day in your trip going waste as you did not get what was promised by a travel guide? Ever though thought you could have known this before hand?
